1. How long will it take to receive my order?: Expect merchandise to be shipped within one week.

2. How do you ship?: We ship by the U.S. Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS).

3. What other colors are available?: Available colors are shown here.

4. What about returns?: You may return undamaged merchandise within 30 days for a full refund; customer pays for return shipping. No returns after 30 days.

5. Are your beads mass-produced?: No! We make each bead individually using a manually-operated lathe.

6. Do you set stones in the beads?: Yes, we will flush-set diamonds, rubies, and sapphires from two to ten points in size (100 points equals one carat). The diamonds we use are VVS-1, F-H color. Prices are as follows:
